east coast swingIs easier to learn than the true swing styles, essentially using only 6 beat patterns (and replacing Triples with Slows) its simpler but also quite limited. essentially, its lindyhop with the harder stuff (but also the best stuff) taken out. The basic pattern is a simple Slow, Slow, Quick, Quick.
